**Job description**:
1. Developing programs and implementing programs to display images and marketing items at the point of sale:

- Set up ideas, build and manage effective product display and point-of-sale (POSM) programs to maximize the effectiveness of the company's assets and facilities.
- Responsible for the display of goods according to the standards set by the brand for each product line and distribution channel and must be consistent in the display at the dealer/store systems of each product line and distribution channel.
- Coordinate the sales team of different categories to collect statistics and train the display and check of POSMs at the point of sale.

2. Supervising the construction of pictures, interior of the point of sale and checking the point of sale:

- Schedule monitoring and inspection of stores and supermarkets in charge.
- Balance the spending budget for interior items, sign construction.

3. Implement long-term and short-term trade support programs to stimulate Sell-in and Sell-out, especially in the seasons:

- Planning, designing and implementing long-term and short-term trade support programs (Sell-in program; Roadshow; Demo; Activation...) to stimulate Sell-in and Sell-out suitable to the industry goods at each time of sale in order to increase the efficiency of Sell-in and Sell-out sales.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Buyer to decide on product categories.
- Monitor and support events in the areas in charge.

4. Other tasks as assigned:

- Writing content.
- Media: PR articles, making pictures, making events,...
- Partnership / sponsor.

**Requirements**:

- Experience Trade MKT at least 2 years, have knowledge about cosmetics, beauty.
- Proficiently building monthly promotional programs to promote sales; Must have good excel skills and fast calculation skills.
- Know how to do VMD: decorate, display shops.
- Experience in planning and organizing the implementation of discount events programs at the store.
- Experience in organizing product promotion events - workshops, roadshows, customer care...
- Have detailed working skills and the ability to cover and understand work processes.
