Purchasing Staff in Nha Be Office

**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 12 - 16 triệu VNĐ)
- Phụ trách theo dõi các đơn hàng và tồn kho của nhãn hàng nhập khẩu và nội địa/ In charge of oversea and domestic brand.
- Phụ trách theo dõi hợp đồng và quản lý chứng từ của các nhãn hàng nhập khẩu / In charge of import and control shipping document of oversea brand.
- Làm thanh toán chi phí vận chuyển container hàng tháng / Make payment for container transportation.
- Theo dõi và chuyển chứng từ thanh toán của các nhãn hàng nhập khẩu cho kế toán / Follow and send payment of import brand to accounting.
- Tiếp nhận công việc khác do trưởng bộ phận phân công / Other tasks are assigned by Head Department
- Quản lý hàng tồn kho về kho tổng / Manage the products stock at general warehouse

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1.Trình độ học vấn, chuyên môn/Education background:
- Cao đẳng Kinh tế/ Ngoại Thương chuyên ngành xuất nhập khẩu /Graduated from Economic or Foreign Trade University/College with Import Export Major.
- Có kiến thức về mua hàng & chuỗi cung ứng về ngành hàng tiêu dùng/ Knowledge of procurement & supply chain of consumer goods.
2.Kinh nghiệm/Working Experience:
- Kinh nghiệm làm xuất nhập khẩu 01năm/ Have 01year working experience in import export area.
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm và chịu áp lực cao trong công việc/ Ability to work under high pressure and teamwork -oriented.
- Siêng năng, cẩn thận và luôn hoàn tất các nhiệm vụ được giao/Working hard, carefully and complete tasks assigned.
3.Kỹ năng/Skill:
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt/ Good written & Spoken English
- Sử dụng vi tính thành thạo/Good -MS office.
