DEK Technologies Vietnam is growing fast, and we are looking for a Purchasing Officer to join our Finance Team taking care of purchasing. You will be responsible for evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, buying goods and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.) to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will gain excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to multitasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following**:

- Research potential vendors.
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage.
- Other tasks will be assigned when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role
- High Integrity: Open and Honest.
- Energetic and Can-do attitude.
- Mature, Careful and Attention to Details.
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Understanding of supply chain procedures
- Good networking and time management skills.
- Good negotiation skills
