**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all operations of purchasing, including but not limited to preparing purchasing plans, sourcing & selecting vendors, making orders and planning deliveries. Ensure all purchasing requests are met in terms of quality, budget and timeline.
- Negotiate and prepare purchasing contracts; monitor the quality of products/ services provided; evaluate contracts to ensure their compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Manage Vendors and the services delivered for Office Operations.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of the overall performance of vendors that KMS is currently working with or plans to work with.
- Create and manage products/services & suppliers database.
- Establish, implement & review purchasing policies, procedures and best practices. Ensure the approved policies & procedures are understood and followed.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 7 years of working experience of which at least 3 years experience in people and purchasing management.
- A history of delivering high-quality purchasing services and information analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of purchasing methods and tools. Experience in bidding is preferred.
- Experience in the development, interpretation, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Experience in effectively managing a wide range of relationships.
- Negotiation and organizational skills.
- Exceptional integrity in all activities.
- Ability to keep deadlines, reliability and precision.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel.
- Experience in large/multinational working environment and/or technology companies is preferred.
