**Mô tả công việc**:
Quản lý các kênh TikTok về mảng giáo dục của QTS Australia cho _**sản phẩm QTS Teens, QTS English**_ bao gồm:

- Lên ý tưởng, kịch bản, quay dựng và edit video, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chất lượng và số lượng video (short video) cho nền tảng TikTok.
- Nghiên cứu và nắm bắt về các xu hướng video hiện tại để áp dụng vào việc phát triển kênh TikTok của doanh nghiệp.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ để thiết lập mục tiêu chung cho các chiến dịch truyền thông của các sản phẩm.
- Giám sát và báo cáo số liệu kênh TikTok.

**Yêu cầu**:

- Từ 6 tháng kinh nghiệm hoặc có các video dự án cá nhân/freelancer viral.
- Khả năng tiếng Anh khá.
- Có khả năng sáng tạo về nội dung, tư duy nội dung ở nhiều định dạng: ngôn ngữ, hình ảnh, video,...
- Biết sử dụng các công cụ edit video cơ bản.
- Có tư duy về truyền thông, quảng cáo nhằm tăng hiệu quả quảng bá sản phẩm trên nền tảng Tik Tok.

**Quyền lợi**:
1/ **Lương: 7.000.000 - 9.000.000 VNĐ.**

2/ Được đào tạo các kiến thức chuyên sâu về Content: Lên kế hoạch, phát triển ý tưởng, phương pháp viết bài,

3/ Được tham gia BHXH - BHYT- BHTN, phép năm theo quy định của nhà nước.

4/ Lương tháng 13 tính nguyên lương khi làm đủ từ 12 tháng trở lên.

5/ Nghỉ hưởng lương các ngày Lễ Tết. Thưởng các dịp lễ Tết, sinh nhật,.

6/ Được tham gia các hoạt động Teambuilding trong và ngoài nước do công ty tổ chức,

**Thời gian làm việc**: hiếm có khó tìm, thoải mái 7,5h/ngày (8:30 - 17h15) từ Thứ 2 - Thứ 6.
