**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership and Strategy Development**:

- Develop and execute the vision and strategy for the Fulfillment & Logistics division, aligning it with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of senior leaders, managers, and operational staff to achieve high levels of performance and innovation.
- Drive strategic initiatives that ensure the company's fulfillment and logistics operations scale effectively with growth in product volume and market expansion.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Oversee the efficient and effective management of fulfillment centers, distribution networks, transportation logistics, and inventory systems to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in supply chain management, demand forecasting, and inventory control to reduce costs while improving service levels.
- Continuously evaluate and refine the operational processes for continuous improvement, automation, and innovation.
- **Financial Management and Profitability**:

- Develop and manage the fulfillment and logistics division's budget, ensuring financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.
- Drive profitability through cost-effective logistics strategies, reducing operational costs while maintaining or improving service levels.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through innovative solutions in logistics, such as tech-enabled fulfillment or last-mile delivery improvements.
- **Technology and Innovation**:

- Champion the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and robotics, to improve supply chain visibility, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Lead the implementation of scalable logistics platforms, tools, and systems that enable real-time tracking, customer experience enhancement, and process automation.
- **Customer Experience**:

- Ensure the fulfillment and logistics operations support the company’s commitment to providing a superior customer experience by delivering on-time, accurate orders.
- Collaborate with other departments such as customer service and merchandising to resolve customer issues and refine delivery models that exceed customer expectations.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, third-party logistics providers, and technology partners, to foster collaboration and drive value.
- Communicate regularly with the executive leadership team and board of directors to provide updates on the division’s progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility**:

- Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of the logistics operations, focusing on sustainability and aligning with the company’s overall corporate responsibility goals.
- Explore and implement green logistics solutions, including reducing carbon emissions, optimizing delivery routes, and adopting eco-friendly packaging.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Proven track record of scaling fulfillment and logistics operations for large, complex retail organizations.
- Strong expertise in managing large teams, operational budgets, and implementing cost-efficient, customer-centric solutions.
- Extensive experience with fulfillment technologies, including automation, warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and data analytics or etc
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
- Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on cultivating a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
- In-depth understanding of global supply chain and logistics challenges, including the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and international shipping logistics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, and partners.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with an innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
