Chương trình New Plus Banker là chương trình trải nghiệm công việc được Ngân hàng Bản Việt thiết kế dành riêng cho các bạn sinh viên tìm hiểu về lĩnh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng, cho các BẠN thấy được công việc thực tế của một “banker”.

**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

**Chuyên viên Quan hệ Khách hàng Cá nhân (RBO)**

Hỗ trợ và tham gia vào các công tác nghiệp vụ hằng ngày của các CBNV chính thức:

- Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng cá nhân có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ.
- Tư vấn và thuyết phục khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm dịch vụ KHCN (mở tài khoản thanh toán/ tài khoản gửi tiết kiệm/ mở thẻ/ vay tiêu dùng )
- Quản lý và chăm sóc khách hàng hiện hữu
- Theo sự phân công khác của trưởng đơn vị

**Chuyên viên Quan hệ Khách hàng Doanh nghiệp (CBO)**

Hỗ trợ và tham gia vào các công tác nghiệp vụ hằng ngày của các CBNV chính thức:

- Tìm kiếm, tiếp cận và xây dựng mối quan hệ với khách hàng doanh nghiệp có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ
- Tiếp nhận nhu cầu, tư vấn và hướng dẫn khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm dịch vụ KHDN (mở tài khoản doanh nghiệp, vay vốn kinh doanh )
- Quản lý và chăm sóc khách hàng hiện hữu
- Theo sự phân công khác của trưởng đơn vị

**Chuyên viên Quản lý khách hàng cao cấp (PRM)**

Hỗ trợ và tham gia vào các công tác nghiệp vụ hằng ngày của các CBNV chính thức:

- Tìm kiếm các khách hàng tiềm năng có nhu cầu sử dụng dịch vụ
- Thực hiện các chương trình, sản phẩm quảng cáo cho các sản phẩm dịch vụ. Hướng dẫn, giới thiệu, tư vấn sản phẩm dịch vụ KHCN (huy động )
- Quản lý và chăm sóc khách hàng ưu tiên: cập nhật các tính năng mới, lợi ích mới cho khách hàng; ghi nhận, phản hồi ý kiến của khách hàng về SPDV và đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
- Theo sự phân công khác của trưởng đơn vị

**YÊU CẦU TUYỂN DỤNG**
- Sinh viên năm cuối các trường Cao đẳng/ Đại học trên toàn quốc, đang theo học khối ngành kinh tế hoặc chuyên ngành phù hợp với lĩnh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng, đủ điều kiện tốt nghiệp. Hoặc sinh viên đã hoàn thành chương trình đào tạo đang trong giai đoạn xét tốt nghiệp/chờ cấp bằng
- Nhanh nhẹn, hoạt bát, giao tiếp tốt
- Sẵn sàng và khao khát phát triển sự nghiệp trong lĩnh vực tài chính ngân hàng.
