The job holder executes Bond Trading Desk of Techcombank as one of the market-leading market makers, with outstanding sales volume and business performance, effectively managing bank book portfolio, increasing transaction turnover with non-banking financial institutions, building and developing a market to expand customers database
Corporate bond Trading: The job holder is responsible for supporting the Bond Trading Director to issue and distribute Bond to raise capital for TCB and perform debt trading on the basis of coordination with other divisions; developing products and solutions related to corporate bonds for customers

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

PARTICIPATE IN STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT AND POSITIONING OF BOND BUSINESS REPUTATION
- Participate in the implementation of strategies and plans to execute business strategies and development strategies for bonds
- Participate in the implementation of activities to position the reputation of the bond business in the market
- Coordinate with related departments to implement the targeted strategies
- Coordinate with departments in the bank to deploy related products of the Department
- Act as Techcombank's representative in bond market activities when assigned

**Key Accountabilities (2)**:

FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
- Responsible for participating in the implementation of financial plans of the bond business segment
- Implement the financial plan of bond product
- Implement financial performance management (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually) based on Vietnamese and international accounting standards according to the Bank's regulations and Supervisor's orientation.
- Responsible for managing and increasing the efficiency of the liquidity portfolio, the capital optimization portfolio of the bank book (govie bond trading) and increase turnover for corporate bond book (corporate bond trading)

PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement the construction and change process
- Suggest customer limits
- Contribute in buidling solutions to customers
- Implement pricing for government bond products in accordance with the approved guidelines
- Responsible for participating in trading activities for the liquidity book, optimizing the bank book portfolio

**Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences**:

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in the field of Economics, Finance, Banking
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of finance and banking
- English: According to regulations of the Bank from time to time
- Have a deep understanding of financial market products, structured product, debt capital market
- Demonstrate experience in setting an effective example and guiding the team
- Good communication skills, assertiveness and high sense of initiative
