- Controlling online channels to optimize hotel revenue;
- Effectively managing the hotel's website traffic, revenue generation, hotel promotion content and images display through conducting regular website audits;
- Proactively exploring and developing online opportunities to build hotel's brand;
- Managing and developing online promotions for room, banquet & convention, food and beverage activities and other services of the hotel;
- Setting-up, managing social media accounts and sharing sites as relevant to the hotels markets (Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Flickr etc) and developing social networks;
- Monitoring various media for positive and negative comments and discussions about the Hotel (Tripadvisor, Blogs, Forums);
- Identifying threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our hotel;
- Recommending new alternatives or ideas to develop the hotel's online marketing strategies;
- Creating direct distribution action plan throughout the year and managing all preparations and actions and reports on results with suggestion at the end of each campaign;
- Other duties assigned by direct supervisor/Director of Sales & Marketing.
