Leasing Analyst - Office/Retail
**Job Description Summary**
This role will manage daily office/retail leasing and operational activities.
**About the Role**:
- Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties and manage the team’s building database.
- Negotiate the commission scheme with building landlords, secure agency service contracts and manage the team’s service contract database.
- Support team leader in preparing option lists, meeting minutes, business development activities and in helping tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements, including acquisition, renewal, relocation, or consolidation services.
- Handle project marketing duties, including but not limited to website listings, marketing content and campaigns, if assigned to Landlord Representation Team.
**About You**:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related scope of work.
- At least 3 years working experience in Admin and Sales is preferably.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
- Good data analytical skills.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
