**The Opportunity**

Our client is Australia’s leading finance broker aggregator and equipment leasing business for small to medium-sized enterprises. We are looking to take our successful broker aggregation platform to the next level of its growth and are assembling a team of talented and hardworking individuals who like to be in control of their work and solve problems together.

Built on Angular and.NET Core and hosted in Azure, you will have the pleasure of working on a modern tech stack, gain valuable experience in the financial services industry, and build great long-term relationships with the Australian team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the team to understand business requirements and expected system behaviours.
- Engage in discussions to clarify business parameters and outcomes.
- Analyse requirements for consistency, root cause analysis of business challenges, ensure edge case scenarios are considered, and suggest options for process improvements.
- Write technical specifications and acceptance criteria for Developers and Quality Controllers to consume and produce their work to specifications.
- Help clarify questions from Developers and Quality Controllers.
- Keep technical specifications and acceptance criteria up-do-date.
- Attend the relevant Agile ceremonies (e.g. daily stand up, retrospective, etc.).

**Skills, Experience & Qualification**
- Strong attention to detail e.g. to business requirements, system behaviours, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Strong analytical skills e.g. identifying edge cases, detecting gaps in business requirements/acceptance criteria, root cause analysis of business challenges, etc.
- Strong in technical documentation e.g. process map, swim lane, sequence diagram, etc.
- At least 1 year working in an Agile / Scrum environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
