**POSITION OVERVIEW**

To be responsible for feasibility studies of large property developments and financial analysis as well as prepare the general financial valuation for properties in Ho Chi Minh

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prepare in-depth due diligence analysis and market advisory.
- Providing a variety of valuation services to clients in a timely and professional manner, ensuring deadlines are met whilst meeting the demands of multiple clients.
- Providing accurate and professional valuations in compliance with client requirements that highlight all potential risks.
- Adherence to defined in house Quality Assurance procedures.
- Maintaining a comparable sales and leasing database for all categories of property, ensuring all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
- Building and maintaining client relationships in the business line.
- Providing timely responses to client requests.
- Meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals to ensure the success of the Division in conjunction with Head.
- Maintaining an understanding of both local and national real estate markets, enabling you to provide potential customers with reliable and accurate advice regarding property movements and industry trends.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**_ Education_**
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics

**_Communication skills_**
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers

**_PC skills_**
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information

**_Experience_**
- At least 2 years experience in related field

**_Language_**
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing)

**_Key characteristics_**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Driven, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Literacy, for writing reports and presentations
