**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Đến 20 triệu VNĐ)
- Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu SEO từ trưởng phòng và khách hàng
- Tìm hiểu và hiện trang website, nghiên cứu đối thủ cạnh tranh để xây dựng chiến lược cũng như kế hoạch SEO hiệu quả
- Thuyết trình kế hoạch SEO với khách hàng cũng như trưởng phòng, lắng nghe ý kiến góp ý, phản biện để có một kế hoạch SEO hoàn chỉnh và hiệu quả
- Thực hiện các công việc theo kế hoạch SEO đã lập đảm bảo đạt được mục tiêu đề ra với chi phí và nguồn lực tối ưu nhất như:
- Nghiên cứu từ khóa và xây dựng bộ từ khóa cần SEO
- Xây dựng nội dung, viết bài chuẩn SEO
- Thực hiện quá trình SEO Onpage, Offpage cho website
- Đề xuất các thay đổi/ cải thiện về cấu trúc website, content, link,.. cũng như các yếu tố khác nhằm tối ưu hiệu quả SEO.
- Hợp tác với bộ phận kỹ thuật để tiến hành tối ưu hóa web chuẩn SEO.
- Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược link building
- Hỗ trợ biên tập và quản trị nội dung, cập nhật sản phẩm mới trên website công ty cũng như khách hàng
- Xây dựng hệ thống site vệ tinh theo yêu cầu
- Tiến hành quảng bá và thu hút traffic vào web
- Theo dõi, đo lường hiệu quả, đánh giá, giám sát các kết quả SEO và báo cáo lên cấp trên cũng như cho khách hàng
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo chỉ đạo của trưởng phòng và BGĐ
- Báo cáo CV cho SEO Planner và trưởng phòng SEO.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Đã từng có kinh nghiệm làm SEO ít nhất 1-2 năm Tốt nghiệp các trường hoặc ngành học liên quan tới CNTT hoặc Marketing
- Cần cù, chịu khó, không ngại những công việc tỉ mỉ, lặp đi lặp lại
- Yêu thích công việc SEO và muốn trở thành chuyên gia trong lĩnh vực.
- Có kỹ năng làm việc nhóm
- Tinh thần cầu tiến, ham học hỏi cái mới
- Ưu tiên những ứng viên:
+ Đã từng SEO thành công ít nhất 1 dự án SEO

+ Có kỹ năng về Content tốt

**THỜI GIAN VÀ ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC**:

- Thời gian: 8h30 - 17h30 (Nghỉ trưa 12h - 1h30) từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6, nghỉ Thứ 7, chủ nhật
