**Position Overview**

StarLux Global operates as a subsidiary of a larger conglomerate known as Supreme International, which oversees a diverse portfolio of over 10 businesses. With individual websites dedicated to each of these enterprises, we are in search of an SEO/SMO expert to elevate the online visibility of our businesses and secure top rankings on leading search engines. Develop, implement, and monitor SEO/SMO strategies to improve search rankings, engagement, and business growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct keyword research for relevant and high-traffic keywords.
- Optimize on-page elements and perform technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate on SEO-friendly content and execute effective SEO strategies.
- Create engaging social media content and track campaign effectiveness.
- Foster community engagement across social media platforms.
- Develop link-building strategies for authoritative backlinks.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry websites.
- Prepare reports showcasing campaign performance and insights.
- Refine strategies based on data analysis and evolving trends.

**Requirements**:

- Must have more than 3 years of proven experience as a SEO/SMO.
- C1 level of English Proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred).
- Proven SEO/SMO Specialist experience.
- Proficiency in SEO tools and understanding of algorithms.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 15,000,000₫ - 20,000,000₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ha Noi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
