- Contact Customers (Contractors, Developers) to Introduce Products:
- Conduct targeted outreach through various channels.
- Provide comprehensive product information and demonstrations.
- Customize approaches based on client needs.
- Maintain regular communication for ongoing engagement.
- Manage Projects in the Pipeline:
- Implement robust project management processes.
- Utilize project management software for efficiency.
- Assign dedicated project managers for client liaison.
- Conduct regular status meetings for updates and feedback.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Approach Customers to Understand needs
- Employ a customer-centric approach.
- Analyze data and market trends for insights.
- Foster open communication for feedback.
- Collaborate with clients to co-create solutions
