As an Technical Lead, you will be responsible for handling certain projects and work directly with our US stakeholder. That's year one. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Our new project software Outdoor Living Solution (OLS) have been designed from the ground up to provide easy and flexible solutions for customer's business. OLS includes 3 apps Deck Planner, Pergola Planner and Fence Planner that delivers:

- Our software makes planning and designing a new deck, pergola or other outdoor structure quick and easy.
- In styles from traditional to contemporary, we have products, plans, and guides to help you build your outdoor living space.

Technical Solution (70%)
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements, technical solutions, and technical outputs of your team.
- Design technology architecture and execute solutions, and be a major contributor to the company's overall architectural direction.
- Identify the technical risk and planning mitigation actions with regard to the risk impact and other priorities.
- Provide the technological know-how that is needed to deliver the product.
- Research and PoC for new technologies or solving new problem statements.
- Review all design system, software artchitect and propose solution to improve.

Project execution (20%)
- Document technical designs, processes, and create requirement analysis documents.
- In charge of the implementation of new technologies and providing recommendations and inform stakeholders about potential threats.
- Review code, standardization code, and business requirements for developer team.
- Responsible for all technical items of the project...
- Coordinate with Stakeholders, Vendor and QA Team to make sure the project executing smoothly.
- Lead team to work with Vendor (UK)

Leadership (10%)
- Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members.
- Be in charge of employee performance reviews and the company's Objectives.
- Coach and mentor middle/senior developers.

Your Skills and Experience

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you've got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Having 8+ years of experience depending on how fast you are learning and developing technical capability.
- Experience of 3+ years in Architecture of Design and or Technical Lead role.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages and platforms with.NET/.NET Core as the primary platform.
- Good experience in RESTful APIs, Security, Authentication, design, and implementation
- Experience starting new development streams including team building, shaping delivery standards including testing strategy, and quality control.
- Strong experience architecting, developing, and deploying modern architectural patterns/techniques (Microservices, DDD, TDD...)
- Excellent knowledge of UML and other modeling methods.
- Willing to code, learn new technology, and product mindset.
- Good experience on engineering practices (CI/CD and Software Testing)
- Good experience on working at least one cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in English is required.
