Comic Social

**I. SUMMARY**:
At Comic Team, our mission is to create not only a product but also a good product. We're a special team passionate about creating comics, webtoons, and moving toons that entertain people's lives.

We believe good content must go well to the right target audiences. As a key member of the Comic team, who will be in charge of the Comic Content & Social Specialist, you will compose the content, creative, and digital marketing materials meant for social media or other audio-visual platforms; also can work in a team to running any campaign, event, communications event belong to Comic.

**II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Social & Marketing Management**
- Develop communication/marketing strategies for existing/upcoming team IPs/products.
- Build IPs/products awareness: events, campaigns, promotions. Ensure all planning is aligned with marketing budget.
- Create content digital marketing plans and understand how to set short-term & long-term goals.
- Select appropriate content and genres for the fanpage. Create content, including posts, videos, and images for use on social media.
- Updates and suggestions on popular content/trends and hot topics from related communities to develop fanpage.
- Conduct research on users' demand. Evaluate and review users to give positive change direction; Report on fanpage engagement.
- Make suggestions and build appropriate content strategies. Proposing to develop content on social platforms.
- Coordinate with related departments, ensure consistent product promotion plans and maximize effectiveness on communication channels.

**Other tasks**
- Participating in work related to organizing community activities, campaigns, and events for Comic.
- Content censorship and support outsource artists for Comic’s feature program.
- Build social commerce plan to push sale for Comic’s merchandise
- Coordinate with related teams in-house to ensure a smooth outcome.
- Handling tasks assigned by direct superiors and proactively handling related issues when necessary.
- Report and summarize weekly and monthly with superiors

**III. JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
If you're a comic fan, that's good. If you're not a fan, it's fine. You can start to love Comic while doing this work. Consider Comic as a product; you need to understand and do the product well. You should also have the following skills:

- Fanpage management skills, content production planning skills
- Writing and creative skills
- Ability to multitask, good memory, and good organizing.
- Good teamwork spirit.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, take responsibility, and complete the work in charge of.
- Proactively plan, arrange and manage work to ensure quality and achieve the desired progress required by superiors.
- Willingness to learn and accept challenges.
- Passionate about comics and animation, good English communication and writing ability will be good plus points.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Photoshop. Knowledge of video editing is an advantage.
- Will be trained during the working process to understand the process, techniques, tools, quality requirements, and the implementation stage of the comic
