1. Phân tích, nhận định, đánh giá những xu thế, thay đổi của môi trường bên trong, lẫn bên ngoài có liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của kênh Hợp tác kinh doanh.
- Nghiên cứu các giải pháp/ công cụ/ nội dung huấn luyện đào tạo trên thị trường để có sự cập nhật kịp thời.
- Chủ động cập nhật các giải pháp đào tạo hiệu quả tương ứng với từng thời kỳ.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bên liên quan (đối tác ngân hàng, ban lãnh đạo PD, đội ngũ kinh doanh, các bộ phận Learning Catalyst & Business Partner.... ) nhằm kịp thời ghi nhận nhu cầu kinh doanh phát sinh.

2. Xây dựng giải pháp đào tạo tổng quan bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn các phương pháp/ công cụ huấn luyện, hướng dẫn thực hiện bài huấn luyện (instructional design),...
- Xây dựng giải pháp huấn luyện (online, offline)
- Tuân thủ việc xây dựng các phương pháp, hướng dẫn cụ thể, chuẩn hóa và đồng nhất theo quy trình thiết kế thống nhất.

3. Thực hiện việc phối hợp & vận hành của bộ phận:

- Phối hợp, trao đổi, cập nhật và phản hồi thông tin định kỳ giữa các bộ phận Learning R&D với Learning Business Partner và Learning Catalyst theo thống nhất.
- Chuyển giao các khóa huấn luyện, các giải pháp đào tạo (online, offline) cho Chuyên viên huấn luyện của LBP và LC theo đúng quy định.
- Cập nhật định kỳ tài liệu huấn luyện liên quan theo đúng quy định lưu trữ nội dung huấn luyện của PTD.

Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành liên quan, như: Tài chính - Ngân hàng, Bảo hiểm, Định phí, Quản lý giáo dục, Quản lý chất lượng giáo dục, Công nghệ thông tinvà có bằng Thạc sĩ là một lợi thế

Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm, bảo hiểm - ngân hàng. Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực đào tạo & phát triển tài chính & kinh nghiệm quản lý là một lợi thế.
