Design Verification Manager

Intel PSG is searching for an outstanding and highly motivated manager to manage talented verification engineers and drive design verification deliverables as a key part of PSG's imperatives to achieve highest revenues and deliver FPGA technology leadership.
The design verification manager would own:
- Establishing resource and project plans; driving verification deliverables to meet project requirements and roadmap schedules with the highest quality and ensure comprehensive verification coverage.
- Driving innovative verification methodologies for continuous design verification and efficiency improvements to deliver FPGA technology leadership;
- Developing team and delivering design verification per COE charter.
Other responsibilities include:
- As a manager, set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
- Selects, develops, and evaluates SoC design engineers to ensure the efficient operation of the function/team.
**Qualifications**:
- Extensive pre-silicon verification/design experience in ASIC/FPGA designs, IP development, IP/subsystem/SOC verification.
- Proven track record in managing and coaching technical contributors to achieve on-time project milestones, e.g. tapeout with strong quality results, and driving innovation.
- Solid understanding and experience in UVM/OVM testbenches, Verification IP, test coding, RAL and system verilog assertion coding, Formal verification, Power-aware verification, DFT/DFD verification, GLS etc.
- Strong background in FPGA/IA architecture, on-chip interfaces, interconnect bus, high speed protocols, e.g. PCIe, ethernet etc
- Solid stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse team across different geography sites to resolve technical and other matters. Experience with supplier management.
- Ability to handle dynamic environment and ambiguity and act as change agent.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
