**Job purpose **:The HR Director proactively partner with the business to ensure we have an effective and efficient people and organization strategy capable of delivering profitable growth. Furthermore, HRD plays a key role to lead the development and implementation of local HR policies and practices in line with BRS People Strategy and local labour regulations.

**Context and challenges **:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Duties for the HR Business Partner will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives, managing HR consultants, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, managing internships, updating policies and practices, and overseeing wellness and health initiatives. Your

experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and

business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organizational skills. The noteworthy HR Business Partner should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff

morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.

**Your next challenge**:

- Co-construct with local Comex team, Sodexo BRS global and regional teams a local business strategy in line with the global, regional and local business priorities.E12:E16
- Identify and use relevant contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to support the local HR strategic choices and direction.
- "Design a people strategy implementation roadmap by establishing related People accountabilities( in talent acquisition, Comp & Ben, L&D, records management, talent management, workforce planning, Employee relations and retention, labor relations).
- Regularly monitor and evaluate progress toward the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Develops HR budget by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances.
- Monitor and analyze HR financials, initiating corrective actions where needed.
- Work with the local management team to identify and deploy appropriate performance management methodologies in line with the company culture and global methodology.
- Integrate the global talent management process throughout the local organization.
- Contribute to the establishment of development and succession plans for all positions in the country (including own position and direct reports).
- Build a coherent local learning and development plan and deployment roadmap to support the achievement of business goals and in line with the global L&D priorities.
- Develop a solid talent acquisition process, relevant to the local context (process, flow, tools) and in line with the latest talent acquisition trends.
- Oversee and manage the employee compensation plan and process in accordance with Sodexo Benefits & Reward's global requirements and the specifics of the local market.
- Oversee and manage employees’ benefits and create a comprehensive benefits program.
- Lead the local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, plans, and programs.
- Develop a local workforce planning to support the local business strategic choices.
- Applies the principles of organizational design efficiencies (spans, layers, workflows, procedures).
- Collaborate with the local Comex team to adapt the organizational structure to enable the achievement of the local business realities / objectives, then develop plans to implement new changes.
- Together with the executive team, drive Engagement of employees by defining and implementing supporting initiatives based on deep knowledge of the context and the team and on the insights from the team members.
- Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being.
- Support the development of HR team members by developing consistent individual development plans for all team members.
- Manage the performance of the local People team by setting appropriate performance objectives for direct reports or project team members.
- Hold the local People team members accountable for achieving their performance objectives by holding regular performance review meetings.
