**Job Summary**:
**Starting basic salary: 12.500.000 VND/month**

1. Purchasing different kind of commodities. The scope of items can be machinery, spare parts, installation/repair work, office/plant furniture and/or others.

2. Negotiating with suppliers to fix purchasing conditions including contract/ price/delivery date/payment terms/tax issues/material specifications and so on.

3. Controlling and administrating purchasing activity from several aspects as per the Company requirements for compliance, safety, quality, delivery and cost.

4. Developing new suppliers for business continuity plan and cost competitiveness.

5. Submit payment requisitions on time as monthly accounting closing schedule.

6. Collaborating with Purchasing Section Manager in setting realistic and challenging operational goals, and contribute to common accomplishment of the Company and Purchasing Section.

7. Collaborating with other sections/teams to satisfy common goals and requirement of the Company.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
1. Taking most importance on morally clean and honesty.

2. Logical thinking and explanation capability.

3. Having a sense of strong responsibility and time management.

4. Communication skills with manager, colleagues, other departments and suppliers.

5. Fluent English skills including speaking/listening/writing and reading.

6. Sufficient computer literacy for office such as MS Excel/Word/Power Point.

7. Knowledge of Vietnamese laws and regulations related to purchasing activities.

8. Have 2-3 years of experience. Experience/knowledge/skill in the fields below is a plus:

- Experience in participating in the set-up of purchasing system or purchasing software.
- Skill of making report in excel or power point files.

5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

**Education Background**:
University or above. Major not limited (foreign trade, economics, commerce, finance, banking, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering is preferred).

**Language**:
English for business.

**Others**:
1. Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00

2. Transportation: Company arranges bus from 7 pick-up points in the inner and the suburbs of Hai Phong city (Toa An, Princess Hotel, Kien An, An Duong, Thuy Nguyen, Quang Yen, etc.).

3. Meal: Company offer lunch in canteen..
