**Salary**:
**Starting basic salary: 12.500.000 VND/month**

**Job description**:
**1. Perform tasks related to the system management environment**:

- Update legal documents related to the environment.
- Make regular or unscheduled reports to state agencies.
- Develop annual environmental monitoring plans and manage implementation.
- Management of waste generated in the factory.
- Carry out environmental risk assessment and make improvements, ensuring no environmental incidents arise.
- Management and operation of wastewater treatment systems.
- Update the annual environmental incident response plan (if there are any changes).
- Conduct annual environmental incident response drills.
- Carry out environmental work as required by law.

**2. Perform tasks related to the chemical management system**:

- Implement chemical classification and management according to legal and corporate regulations
- Conduct annual chemical incident response drills
- Plan periodic chemical safety training for employees.
- Make periodic or extraordinary reports according to the provisions of law.

**3. Carry out work related to reducing greenhouse gas emissions**:

- Carry out activities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions
- Periodically report greenhouse gas emissions as required by law
- Manage and report controlled substances
- Report on greenhouse gas reduction according to customer requirements

**4. Other jobs**:

- Prepare annual work plan (IIP)
- Set budget to implement annual environmental items
- Maintain audit of ISO 14001 system and ISCC plus system
- Fulfill requirements according to group regulations
- Respond to environmental inspections and tests by authorities and relevant parties
- Environmental training for new people and periodic training
- Implement the working environment monitoring plan
- Plan to provide in-kind subsidies to workers during the hot season
- Contact point for working with authorities, industrial parks, and departments within the company
- Report daily/weekly/monthly to the board of directors
- Other tasks as directed by department head.

**Requirements**:

- Having 2-3 years of working-experience in the environment field. Working experience in Japanese/EU companies is given priority.
- English language ability of 400 TOEFL PBT or equivalent. Additional understanding on Japanese language is given priority.
- Ability of computerization including Microsoft Office (Word, excel, Power-point, Outlook), etc.
- Understanding/Experience on team-work, problem analysis and ability of social communication.
- University graduation on Environment.
