- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge & experience in Blockchain or Fintech field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and align clients' needs with products or services.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Adaptability and ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
