- Keep track of all pertinent SHE documents. Prepare any SHE reports that are required.
- Assist in ensuring that all necessary laws and regulations are followed.
- Support and advise facility management on SHE issues in order to offer recommendations.
- Take part in in-depth accident/incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
- Follows SHE requirements, promotes safe working practices, and corrects or reports obvious dangers as soon as possible.
- Patrol the plant every day and keep an eye on SHE implementation.
- Hold SHE meetings/trainings on a monthly basis and schedule as needed.
- Create, implement, and administer SHE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assess personal protective equipment and ensure that it is used and maintained properly.
- Supervise the Hazardous Waste Storage area and assure regulatory agency compliance, such as labeling, containment, proper disposal, and recordkeeping, among other things.
- Checking and creating a plan for conducting stringent testing of all equipment and machines.
- Assist in emergency situations and administer first aid.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Manager.

**Requirement**:

- Gender: Male; Age: 25 - 35 years old
- Graduated from university major in related fields
- At least 02 years working in a similar position, working in manufacturing companies majoring in food production
- Solid knowledge of occupational safety and health, environmental ISO 14001
- Good command of English/Japanese
