**Main Responsibilities**:

- New projects and new processes are promoted to solve various technical problems in new projects and production.
- Responsible for the engineering optimization in the process of production, improve efficiency and quality, cost control, etc.
- Focus on follow-up customer complaints and major quality issues, analyze and give reasonable solutions.
- Analysis and solution of production line problems. Also assist in promoting 6S system and EHS system management.
- Solve technical problems in production and ensure smooth production.
- New projects and new processes are promoted to solve various technical problems in new projects.

**Requirements**:

- Solve technical problems in production and ensure smooth production.
- Introduction of new technologies and processes.
- Technician team building and management.
- English is good and proficient in using management tools.
- More than 5 years of production site technical experience in the injection molding industry, more than three years of production supervisory work experience.
