1. Tax, audit and statutory reports
- Responsible for tax and accounting, ensure compliance to local regulations and internal SKF rules and guidelines.
- Monthly, ensure all tax reports including CIT, VAT, withholding tax was made in compliant with local tax and accounting policy.
- Quarterly prepare CIT amount for temporary payment.
- Yearly prepare and submit FCT, PIT, CIT finalization report, statutory account.
- Assist the finance manager/chief accountant any internal audit request and annual audit activities, transfer pricing for local statutory reporting and group consolidation purpose.
- Work directly with Tax authorities, external Auditors, Lawyers
- Handle reports to statistical department, DPI and any other statutory report.

2. Credit Controlling
- Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed.
- Reconciling complex accounts that have been escalated from the AR team
- Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
- Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics

3. Accounting Operation
- Work closely with Finance Operation Center on P2P (AP, AR, GL), O2C, R2R processes to ensure timely and quality reporting.
- Maintain the accuracy and reconciliation between internal systems.
- Follow documentation retention policy to maintain accounting files.
- Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.
- Perform accounting analyses and reporting to support decision-making purposes.
- Other tasks assigned by Finance Manager/Business Controller

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Solid knowledge in taxes and statutory requirements.
- At least 02-03 years’ experience as general accountant or relevant fields in FMCG/MNC.
- BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Professional qualification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA or similar will be considered a plus.
- Multiple task and good time management skills.
- Be proactive and initiative person.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical, quantitative, and investigative skills.
- Ability to priories workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Good command of English.
