The Senior Accountant will assist with the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly financial reports. S/he must be well organized with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

The Senior Staff Accountant must possess strong problem solving and time management skills, with attention to detail, following through on projects and handling multiple tasks. S/he must also take initiative, juggle conflicting priorities and function well in a fast paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**_
Client Servicing_**
- Support the department by maintaining files, contracts and invoices
- Assemble all supporting documentation
- Provide accurate and quality customer service and information for all inquiries
- Provide timely response to all requests and inquiries
- Running all required month-end reports and files for business units
- Maintain and prepare financial statements for clients
- Lead with special projects utilizing PowerPoint/ Excel for presentations on financial data

Financial Management and Planning_**
- Process month end balancing and journal entries
- AR & Revenue, aging responsible
- Complete all month-end processes
- General ledger analysis of accounts
- Prepare general ledger and journal entries
- Prepare monthly “standard” reports
- Reconciliation and maintenance of financial statements and accounts
- Coordinate approval process of all account invoices
- Assist in the quality control of financial submissions and reporting
- Assist with preparation of year-end audit
- Review tax report, dealing with Tax authority.
- Review and maintain cash flow reports and projections
- Provide guidance to financial personnel regarding US GAAP
- Ability to research financial issues
- Complete personal timesheets and expense reports in a timely manner

- Supervisor junior staff member
- Build a working relationship and communication with staff as well as provide the appropriate support

**Requirements**:

- The Senior Staff Accountant must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- S/he must possess knowledge of financial systems
- At least four years experience in Accounting.
