Job Title: Senior Accountant

Location: Cosmo, Rex Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Reports To: Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial statement reviews to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Chief Accountant to develop and implement internal controls and policies to enhance the integrity of financial processes.
- Manage the budgeting process, working closely with various departments to compile and analyze financial data for budget preparation and review.
- Ensure tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, and liaising with tax authorities as required.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation for annual audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
