**1.** **Job purpose**

**2.** **Accountabilities**
- For digital media, the responsibility includes management of the media budget to focus on consolidating the media from the Digital Marketing team to ensure all campaigns can achieve key targets with the most optimal spending mix.
- In charge of the launch planning and execution of the Digital Initiative across channels
- Support briefing, shortlisting, and management of third-party agencies (Creative and Media)
- In charge of planning, executing, and reporting
- Leverage data to run insights for campaign planning

**3.** **Requirements**

**Education & Experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree, Marketing background is preferable.
- 2+ years in a Digital consumer-oriented or digital/insurance/health company

**Technical skills**
- Strong digital background a must
- Tech background is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
- Team player with good relationship management skills
- Exposure to qualitative and quantitative field or desktop research.

**Soft skills**
- Love Health activities & Sports.
- Ensure the team is highly motivated.
- Drive the DIGITAL AT THE CORE company strategy within the team and peers.
