Sales Executive

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyze customer complaints and needle requirements, conduct thorough technical sewing investigations, and prepare detailed investigation reports.
- Conduct technical seminars at customer premises, providing valuable technical advice to buying houses and customers.
- Lead trials at customer lines, initiating and guiding trials against competitors. Monitor and report on technical activities conducted by competitors.
- Manage and develop key customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
- Participate in the development of new products and solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Implement short
- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures as required by the Company’s management.
- Ensure that all marketing tools and materials are readily available to all customers and partners.
- Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activities against targets and competitors.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Ideally possess initial experience in technical sales for a foreign company in Vietnam, preferably in the Sewing/Garment Industry.
- Hold a University or College degree in Textile or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Chinese languages.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with foreign customers.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Display high motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness, and reliability.
- Able to work collaboratively as a team member and under the direction of a foreign management team.
- Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness.
- Willingness to take risks, try new things, and be assertive and convincing when necessary.
