(Mức lương: 8 - 13 triệu VNĐ)
- In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, being able to explain components and features, and effects to convince customers.
- Finding and approaching new customers/partners through direct contact, word of mouth and cooperation with the marketing department.
- Attend activities to research and connect with potential customers.
- Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they become loyal customers of the company.
- Research the market and competitors.
- Proposing upgrades or adding products and services that capture the attention of customers.
- Draft business proposals and contracts to get more revenue from customers.
- Negotiate with customers to ensure offering them the most attractive prices while making the company profitable.
- Constantly learning, equipping the social skills and skills necessary to increase sales.
- Review customer feedback and make necessary changes.
- Research and update consumer trends to ensure that business methods are not outdated.

- Basic Salary: up to 13M
- Lunch allowance: 50,000/shift.
- Working time: 9:00 - 18:00, from Monday to Friday
- Working place: ADG Building, 37 Le Van Thiem, Nhan Chinh, Thanh Xuan, HN

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- 1-2 years of experience at similar positions.
- University degree in majors such as: Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar disciplines.
- Working experience as a business development officer, salesperson, marketing officer or similar positions.
- Proficient in the use of sales and customer service techniques.
- Able to communicate, express well and be ready to appear on camera.
- Good use of CRM software. Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Excel.
- Skilled in communication, negotiation, persuasion and understanding customer psychology.
- Able to withstand pressure from work, have patience in taking care of customers.
- Understanding business metrics.
- Quick and flexible in handling situations and approaching customers.
- Having knowledge about Crypto, Blockchain or having the spirit to learn is a plus.
- English proficiency.
