**THE ROLE**:
Positioned in Vietnam and under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, your mis-sion is to provide support to the CMA CGM Vietnam Cluster (including Cambodia). You will contribute to improving the operational performance of the agency while supporting its rapid commercial de-velopment.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Agency Performance

a) Vietnam Monthly Result Evaluation, Estimation and Action plans

b) Cambodia Monthly Result Evaluation, Estimation and Action plans

Sales Business Development

a) Business Development presentations and analysis to support Head of Sales (FDI analysis, market trend and industry developments, support to commercial team on project devel-opment)

b) Spot-on Champion in charge of performance follow-up and ramp-up actions

c) Marketing materials (Tailor-made solution/Upselling VAS, CEVA, Local services)

d) Support to ramp-up VAS performance

Sustainability/CSR programs and Communication

a) Implement CSR initiatives (such as E-Mobility Program for employees)

b) In charge of all communication initiatives for the agency (including budget follow-up with ARO Communications Team)

c) Support CMA CGM Foundation actions in Vietnam

d) Organize Sport event for specific cause

e) Other project in partnership with key customers or NGOs

CEVA Cross Sell

a) Cross Sell Budget / Lead Follow-up

b) Bi-weekly meeting with CEVA

c) New product launch/Actual product push & marketing materials

**PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
According to French law, the VIE is only open to European nationals aged between 18 and 28.

Master’s Degree in Business course

Proficiency in the use of English language

Computer and system literacy

Analytical, curious, assertive and tactful

Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and can easily adaptable to new environments
