- Create ideas to build plan for company's activities of joyful Workplace to develop a happy, friendly working atmosphere to all employees
- Take responsibility to run internal events or programs such as weekly painting class; cooking classes, sport festival family events,... and many other kinds of program for employees.
- Make plan for decorating company spaces and areas in special seasons such as New Year, Christmas Eve and other occasions.
- Take responsibilities for company monthly newsletters: collect news, internal informations, stories, events, meeting, workshop or production events to write monthly contents for internal magazine
- Manage company informal groups musical, dancing clubs... to ensure the operation following regulations and to develop the quality of IG in company.
- Other taskes assigned

- Foreign Languages: Good command of Korean/ English (listening, reading, writing, speaking)
- Working experience:
+ Event organization skills

+ Working with agencies, vendors to run events, design poster, graphic banner, making video and manage the internal notice board system.
- Others:
+ High responsibilities, creative, dynamic, enthusiastic and have teamwork spirit

+ Living in Hai Phong is advantage
