**(EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT FOR BOD)**

**Working time**: Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 18h00

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the**

**BoD.**

**Executive Support**:

- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the BoD.
- Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the company's

business and management outside Vietnam.
- Support arrangement and processes to set up new business units or new

branches outside Vietnam.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos,

invoices, reports, and other documents for BoD.
- Arrange travel, and accommodations for BoD.
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicates directly, and on behalf of BoD, with staff, donors, partners,

Board members and others, on matters related to the BoD 's initiatives.

Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the BoD 's office and

internal departments.
- Arrange, schedule, and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking

notes and recording minutes.
- Perform additional duties and other related duties as assigned by

executives.

**Accountabilities**
- Works directly with the Finance department, and reports to the BoD.
- Works directly with senior-level staff and HR both internally and externally.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**We’d love to hear from you if**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of related experience required.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, procedures, and

recordkeeping systems
