**Report to**:Vice Director (Bakery Line) and Oversea General Manager
- **Location**:North or Cental

**Industry Experience**:

- At least 8 years of working experience in the baking ingredients industry.
- In-depth understanding of the trends and dynamics of the baking industry.

**Resource Network**:

- Have a large number of regional distributors and bakery customer resources.Able to quickly establish and manage regional distributor channels.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Excellent sales and marketing capabilities.
- Able to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Priority is given to those with baking technical capabilities.

**Performance Oriented**:

- Successful experience in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- Able to work independently and have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Language Requirements**:

- English proficiency is not a required skill, but those with communication in English poficiency are preferred.

**Other Requirements**:

- Adapt to the needs of traveling and working in the region.
- Have a team spirit and be able to work closely with teams at headquarters and other regions.

Pay: 60,000,000₫ - 85,000,000₫ per month
