- 87 Hoàng Văn Thái, KĐT Phú Mỹ Hưng, phường Tân Phú, Quận 7, Tp. Hồ Chí Minh- MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC- Chịu trách nhiệm tính thưởng/ các khoản hỗ trợ hàng tháng cho nhà phân phối, đội ngũ sales tại khu vực HCM/ Chi nhánh trên chứng từ phải trùng khớp với hệ thống.
- Kiểm soát việc tổng hợp doanh số bán hàng từ đội ngũ bán hàng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm tính hoa hồng cho đội ngũ bán hàng.
- Thực hiện tính thưởng cho kênh bán hàng Hiện đại.
- Thực hiện tính thưởng cho khách hàng và nhà phân phối.
- Kiểm soát, thực hiện các công việc Admin/ báo cáo hàng ngày liên quan tới hoạt động kinh doanh của Ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh.
- Kiểm soát hợp đồng, giấy phép kinh doanh và mã số thuế của khách hàng.
- Kiểm tra, điều chỉnh và trình ký các đề xuất hỗ trợ khác cho kênh MT.
- Thiết lập chương trình khuyến mãi hằng tháng cho khách hàng trên hệ thống.
- Kiểm tra và trình ký công tác phí, hóa đơn, chứng từcho đội ngũ bán hàng.
- Các yêu cầu công việc khác được chỉ định bởi cấp trên.
- YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆCTrình độ học vấn, chuyên môn:

- Đại học/ Cao đẳng, chuyên ngành QTKD, Kinh tế

Kinh nghiệm:

- Ít nhất 01-02 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Hỗ trợ Kinh doanh/Bán hàng.

Năng lực:

- Tin học văn phòng, đặc biệt là Excel.
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp B hoặc hơn.
- Trung thực, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ trong công việc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề
