1. Regularly review quality procedure & requirement and propose to update accordingly;

2. Define and review quality control standard for QE, IQC, IPQC, OBA, ISO;

3. Assess the quality risk and control quality process of production in factory;

4. Set quality KPIs, and review daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly quality performance against KPIs, drive continuous improvement;

5. Validate gauge design and manufacture, part measurement and testing;

6. Conduct the internal audit on incoming material, assembly process, testing and outgoing control based on the product/project;

7. Daily/weekly monitor quality performance of critical process station and OQC/OBA in factory;

8. Manage quality issues in conjunction with key stakeholders, resolving day to day problems;

9. Ensuring effective containment and problem resolution for all non-conformances;

10. Prepare & lead customer onsite audit and corrective action for findings closure;

11. Provide the support for product process development during the production transfer or NPI, including technical benchmarking, DFM/DFA, quality requirement definition, capability assessments, compliances reviews and risk assessment (FMEA), process quality control (PQC) of potential outsourcing partner.

12. Other tasks as assigned by Director.

**C) Supervisory Responsibilities - List Teams/Groups**:
Manages Quality Assurance and Control Department in Vietnam under Director’s assignment.

**D) Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience**:

**) Experience**:

- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a factory quality, 5 years in management position, ideally within consumer electronics product;
- Working knowledge and experience in the environment of multiple national company (MNC), especially in remote, thermostat or smart home device, are highly preferred.

**2) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
The quality assurance manager should demonstrate some or all the following:

- Proven background in Quality Assurance, having worked with manufacturing environment;
- Thorough understanding of Quality Management methods (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA, FTA, 8D, AQL etc.);
- In depth knowledge of Quality auditing, and regulatory standards for finished product in consumer electronics area;
- Statistical analysis knowledge and skills with Minitab or JMP are preferred;
- Knowledge in components (LCD, PCB, plastic part, hardware, electronics etc.), product assembly is highly preferred;
- Good technical engineering knowledge, including ability to understand engineering drawing and standards;
- Proven experience of driving root cause and corrective/preventative action with 8D problem solving skills with cross function partners;
- Ability to develop realistic work plans, set personal goals that align with company goals;
- The ability to communicate clearly and confidently in Vietnamese, Chinese and English.

- Familiarity with Microsoft office tools, and good presentation skill in PPT and Excel.
