Job Title: F&B Manager

Location: Cosmo, Rex Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Reports To: Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the club's bar operations, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and manage the beverage menu, including selection, inventory, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with the hotel's F&B department for food orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food to club guests.
- Train and lead the bar and F&B service team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for the bar, including cost control and revenue optimization.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the bar and F&B service areas.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote the club’s F&B offerings and special promotions.
- Handle guest feedback regarding bar and food service, making operational adjustments as needed to enhance the guest experience.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bar management or F&B service management, with a strong emphasis on service coordination.
- Proven ability to develop and manage beverage menus and oversee bar operations.
- Experience coordinating with external or partner F&B services, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in training and motivating staff.
- Knowledge of budget management, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
