- Nghiên cứu và phân tích thị trường quốc tế, nhận diện cơ hội mới và xu hướng ngành./ _Research and analyze international markets to identify new opportunities and industry trends._
- Phát triển các chiến lược marketing phù hợp với từng thị trường quốc tế, bao gồm chiến lược sản phẩm, giá cả, phân phối và truyền thông./ _Develop tailored marketing strategies for each international market, including product, pricing, distribution, and communication strategies._
- Triển khai và giám sát các chiến dịch marketing B2B tại các thị trường quốc tế./ _Plan, execute, and monitor international B2B marketing campaigns._
- Xây dựng và duy trì các mối quan hệ đối tác chiến lược tại các thị trường quốc tế./ _Develop and maintain strategic partnerships in international markets._
- Báo cáo kết quả và điều chỉnh chiến lược marketing để tối ưu hóa hiệu quả./ _Report results and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness._
- Lập kế hoạch và quản lý ngân sách marketing cho các chiến dịch quốc tế./ _Develop and manage the marketing budget for international campaigns._
- Làm việc chặt chẽ với các đội ngũ bán hàng, phát triển sản phẩm và chăm sóc khách hàng để đảm bảo chiến lược marketing được thực hiện đồng bộ và hiệu quả./ _Work closely with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of marketing strategies._

**Kinh nghiệm / Kỹ năng chi tiết**
- Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành marketing, kinh doanh quốc tế, quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan./ _Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, international business, business administration, or related fields._
- Tiếng Anh thành thạo (cả 4 kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết). Biết thêm các ngôn ngữ khác là một lợi thế./ _Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus._
- Ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực marketing B2B, làm việc ở các thị trường quốc tế./ _At least 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, working in international markets._
