**About the Department**

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform name screening search as required (searches against: Sanctions, PEP, Blacklist, Fraud List, Prohibited List ) on clients and its related parties via internal and external sources.
- Involve in the clearance, investigation and further escalation of various high-risk triggers such as sanctions, PEP, adverse media hits or other factors based on due diligence research.
- Perform CIC inquires request and run the CIC tool following internal guidance and send back the results to Auto/Mortgage Sale team.
- Daily work and coordinate with valuation vendors for handling valuation request
- Assist multiple production support functions to Secured Lending team in fulfilling sales requirements
- Ensuring compliance with AML laws, group and local regulations, guideline, requirements for daily task related to name screening, onboarding and periodic review.
- Assist with remediation (e.g., Audit) when required
- General administrative and ad-hoc responsibilities (e.g., management reporting, test of controls, scanning and archiving etc.)
- Perform other duties or special projects as required by team lead.

**Job Requirements**
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Bank’s AML/CFT policy and lending activities in banking industry
- Honesty, meticulous, analytical, self-starter, performance driven and committed to results
- Good command of English and consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines in high-pressure environment.
