Delegate duties and tasks within the IT department.

Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.

Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.

Develops and maintain IT Process. (Device Allocation Process, Device Setup Process).

Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.

Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.

Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.

Write and forward regular reports to the management.

Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization.

Perform regular appraisal of team member's performance and devise strategies to help with improvement.

Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions within the department.

Supervise repair and maintenance of all IT gadgets.

Monitor and recommend device configuration year by year.

Manage information technology equipment and make monthly/yearly equipment supplement budget.

Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Build and maintain a system to manage assets.

Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.

Report to HOD.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Chứng chỉ chuyên ngành

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Associates degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is required, but applicable work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.

At least 3 years of related Technical Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk experience in an IT setting.

A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Experience with PC repair and software installation.

Experience working on Linux and Windows servers.

Microsoft MCSA; Cisco CCNA certification or similar.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Knowledge of computer systems, network systems and IP-based telephone systems.

Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and team-working skills.

Work well under pressure.

An openness to learning new technologies.

Basic programming and coding is plus.

Understanding of remote access tools.

English: Oral and Written (mid-level)
