Collaborate with the Agency management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the business growth, also increase productivity and retention of department staff and sales force

Oversee the daily operations of Agency channel and directly manage the work of below functions to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and key business metrics

**Agency Quality Assurance**
- Supervise the development and deployment of the agency governance framework to guide Agency channel as it grows and ensure all agency business activities are conducted effectively and stay compliant with regulations, organizational mission, and corporate values.
- Responsible for regulatory responses including evaluating the impact of new regulations on the business and developing appropriate response strategies and change management plans
- Review and enhance the criteria for promotion, retention, and demotion in sales force to increase agent productivity and retention rate
- Monitor sales activities to identify unusual patterns, existing and upcoming risks and proactively manage them
- Review and enhance internal processes including processes related to document management and information flow control

**Agency Recruitment**
- Develop recruitment strategies and oversee their execution to ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved
- Manage and enhance the end-to-end recruitment process for various segments including agents, leaders, FTA, GTF

**Agency Marketing & Experience**
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing communication initiatives to build a stronger agency brand internally and externally
- Ensure all agency marketing initiatives including sales campaigns and content across various channels are consistent in voice and theme, also aligns with strategic goals and business needs
- Oversee the planning for events in agency channel and ensure they help build a more engaged and productive sales force
- Provide guidance and direction if there is communication crisis

**Agency Digital & Operations Support**
- Oversee specific projects to enhance internal and sales operations
- Lead the collaboration with IT on the development and improvement of digital tools and platforms, ensuring they fulfill business requirements, are deployed on time and function smoothly
- Provide guidance and management support when technical issues arise
