Mô tả công việc:
1. Hoạch định và sáng tạo nội dung:

- Hoạch định chiến lược nội dung: Hiểu về ngành hàng và sản phẩm trong chiến lược kinh doanh của Công ty cùng với bối cảnh thị trường; Hiểu và trích xuất insight của nhóm khách hàng mục tiêu; Cùng với độ nhạy về xu hướng nội dung trên các nền tảng nội dung để có thể hoạch định chiến lược nội dung một cách sáng tạo, phục vụ tốt cho chiến lượng truyền thông thương hiệu, tiếp thị sản phẩm và kinh doanh.
- Chuẩn bị nội dung tổng thể và kế hoạch nội dung cho các kênh truyền thông.
- Có khả năng diễn giải ý tưởng/ định hướng thành những nhóm và chủ đề nội dung khác nhau phù hợp với các nhóm khách hàng khác nhau. Sáng tạo cách thức truyền tải nội dung mới lạ để luôn tạo được sự mới mẻ, hấp dẫn trên các nền tảng nội dung

2. Sản xuất và thực hiện
- Dựa trên kế hoạch và ý tưởng nội dung để thực hiện sản xuất nội dung đảm bảo truyền tải đúng thông điệp và định hướng thương hiệu
- Chuẩn bị nội dung phỏng vấn, viết bài PR báo chí, thông cáo báo chí theo yêu cầu.
- Sản xuất nội dung về sản phẩm và thương hiệu trên website
- Phối hợp với team thiết kế và team nội dung sản xuất các bài viết, video, hình ảnh truyền thông trên các kênh mạng xã hội, các ấn phẩm tiếp thị sản phẩm (POSM)

3. Quản lý chiến dịch truyền thông:

- Phát triển và thực hiện các dự án tiếp thị phối hợp với đại lý và các bên liên quan khác.
- Theo dõi, báo cáo kết quả hoạt động của chiến dịch quảng cáo với bộ phận tiếp thị và các bộ phận liên quan.
- Giám sát, điều phối và theo dõi thời gian hoạt động của chiến dịch.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Planning and content creating:

- Content strategy planning: Understanding the role of our company's products in business strategy appropriate to market context. Exploiting insights of the target customer group. Sensitive with trending on diverse content platforms so that strategic planning for developing content creatively. Serving in the branding campaign, marketing, and business.
- Preparing general ideas and content plans for advertising channels.
- Being able to propose, present, and develop ideas into groups of topics that are appropriate to the corresponding customer group
- Provide brand new content to create new and exciting feeling on the content platform

2. Content Implementation management
- Based on plan and requirement, producing content that ensures the information and orientation brand will be precisely delivered.
- Preparing interview questions, writing PR articles, and press releases.
- producing contents about products and brands in the media channels.
- Collaborating with related teams to produce articles, videos, images in social media and Point Of Sales Material (POSM)

3. MarCom Campaign Account
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives in collaboration with the agency and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring, documenting, and sharing the results of marketing efforts with the marketing department and other members of the management team of a business
- oversee, coordinate, and keep an eye on the marketing department's editorial timetables and calendars

- Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò tương tự ở công ty quảng cáo hoặc nhãn hàng khác
- Có kinh nghiệm trong việc hoạch định và phát triển nội dung (PR, nội dung mạng xã hội, copy writing)
- Khả năng nhìn các nội dung ở bức tranh tổng thể trong yêu cầu của dự án chứ không chỉ là 1 yêu cầu nhỏ của 1 thể loại nội dung
- Khả năng nắm bắt và áp dụng xu hướng xã hội một cách sáng tạo và thiết thực đến các dự án/ yêu cầu liên quan
- Thuần thục trong kỹ năng viết (câu chuyện ý nghĩa với thông tin đa dạng thể hiện sự thấu hiểu sâu sắc của chủ đề và tính logic của câu chuyện), đang dạng về phong cách viết cho các nhóm đối tượng hoặc nội dung khác nhau. Phong cách viết hấp dẫn, lôi cuốn tự tin nhưng mạc
