**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The role of the Senior Marketing Executive is to plan and implement marketing activities on all marketing channels in order to increase awareness and generate leads for the Residential Sales Department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support and assist the Head of Department in the formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan.
- Campaign Management: Effectively manage marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning, budgeting through on-time in-full execution to tracking and reporting on performance.
- Sales Collaterals: help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team - brochures, presentations, portfolios, pitch decks
- Content: Write all marketing-related content from social media posts to properties landing pages, EDM, SEO blogs, as required by the marketing plan.
- Event: Plan and execute all Residential Sales events such as client events, conferences, webinars, as well as actively finding relevant partners for co-branding events
- CRM: Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests on CRM system (R3)
- Act as a point of escalation for queries from marketing channels and sales team.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Education
- +3 years of experience in Marketing, esp. in Digital Marketing & Communication / Content.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.

PC skills
- The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information.
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT).

Language
- Proficient English & Chinese (both speaking and writing).

Key characteristics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good experience of working with sales teams is a plus.
- Great copywriting skills.
- Attention to detail.
