**Mô tả Công việc**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote resort services, special events, and packages.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain the highest standards of brand representation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and blogs.
- Manage and grow the resort's social media presence, enhancing audience engagement and driving traffic to the resort's website.
- Develop relationships with media, influencers, and partners to maximize positive media coverage and exposure.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Bằng cấp**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Native language: Vietnamese. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
