- Develop, execute and monitor comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal departments to pan and implement marketing campaigns to promote resort services, special events, and packages

**Bằng cấp**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling. Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fluent in Vietnamese and English (additional languages are a plus).
