Job description

About the job

Effectively gather requirements from the users to handle the design and implementation of SAP customization.
Conduct test case planning and execution.
Record and gather issues and related solutions to support growth and integrity.
Analyze symptoms to identify broad areas of user error or technical failure.
Clearly communicate with end users and provide instructions on how to progress issues.
Collect and define/write functional specifications for enhancement.
Analyze the impact of functional/technical changes on users.
Fill in and complete the documentation used in the service delivery.

About you

Bachelor/College’s degree in information technology or similar technical fields.
At least 3 years of experience implementing and maintaining SAP solutions.
Good command of English communication skills.
Functional proficiency and experience in designing, configuring, and implementing one of SAP S4HANA modules, especially WM, and MM.
Strong at business analysis to provide reasonable IT solutions for business needs and project management.
Strong communication skills and business partnering attitude.
