IT Consultant

**Main responsibilities**:

- Delivery member of IT consulting services for Japanese companies in Vietnam and Vietnam companies.
- By gaining skills in business reform, IT implementation planning, and Digital Transformation you will have more options in the future to work as a senior consultant, or to work as a Business/IT Architect in IT department or a Data Scientist of a business company.
- Collect information about the client’s business through a variety of methods (shadowing, interviews, surveys, reading reports etc.).
- Analyze and interpret facts to identify weaknesses and problems and comprehend the causes.
- Understand critical issues of the client’s operations and its IT systems and create a counterproposal for the client to improve its management and operation.
- Propose appropriate measures to fill gaps using IT or non-IT solution.
- Negotiate and facilitate key discussions in both Vietnamese and English.
- Work closely with project managers to deliver appropriate consulting services for our clients.
- Support presales and creating a proposal for consulting projects.
- Support managers for recruiting new employees, finding alliance partners in Vietnam, and reporting to the Headquarter.

**Requirements**:
Education and Experience:

- In Hanoi: HUST, FVNU, FTU
- In Ho Chi Minh: HCMUT, FTU
- 5 to 10 years of consulting experience working for a consulting firm or similar

work experience in private company

Key Skills Required (Must):

- Have any experience or skills in any of the following IT consulting services:

- IT Grand design for core system replacement of Finance and manufacturing dept.
- IT assessment and diagnosis of legacy core system, and create RFP of core system replacement.
- PMO (Project Management Office) support for each IT project
- Digital Transformation (e.g. Smart Factory, Digital Marketing, Social Listening)
- Data Management (MDM, DMP, CDP)
- IT planning, IT investment process planning and execution support
- Support strategy for planning migration to infrastructure, Data Center, and cloud
- Robotic Process Automation
- Experience in designing business processes and system requirements.
- Experience in project management of a consulting project or PMO experience.
- High competency skills (logical thinking, negotiation, team leadership).
- High documentation and presentation skills using MS PowerPoint documents and MS Excel.
- Language skills**:English (business proficiency level), Vietnamese (native level).**:

- Strong motivation to build up a career in the business consulting field.
- Outstanding communication skills, especially interviewing clients, facilitating meetings, coordinating clients with other stakeholders.
- Work experience in one or more consulting projects as a project manager or a project member.
- Skills to build key consulting deliverables (Assessment / Business Process Design/ Business Requirement).
- Self-motivated to become a leading consultant in the market and an ability to work and motivate others to start-up business consulting practice. Key Skills Required (preferred)
- Experience in SCM/SCP related IT solution implementation (SAP SD/MM, other ERP, SAP APO, JDA, etc.).
- Experience in sales management IT solution implementation (Salesforce, MS Dynamics CRM, ZOHO CRM, Sugar CRM, etc.).
- Experience in logistics IT solution implementation (Infor WMS, Manhattan, SAP WM, etc.).
