**Responsibilities**:
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom business solutions using Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Design and develop custom solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Fx, PowerBl, Azure Cloud Services, JavaScript, SQL, Sharepoint)
- Create technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.
- Conduct testing and/or troubleshooting to ensure that the solutions meet the functional and performance requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that the solutions are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
- Ensure that the solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and security requirements.
- Enable integration with 3rd party apps & services through various mechanisms.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development methodology and process.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in developing custom business solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
- Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and SQL Server
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
