**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in the digital transformation of our HR operations. You will be responsible for creating, deploying, and maintaining innovative HR solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Your expertise will help streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and support data-driven decision-making.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- **
HR Application Development**:

- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
- ** Data Management and Analytics**:

- Utilize Power BI to develop insightful analytics dashboards that aid in HR decision-making.
- ** User Training and Support**:

- ** Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay abreast of the latest updates on the Microsoft Power Platform and how they can benefit HR operations.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - preferred
- Minimum 1 year-experience in Power Platform
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Familiarity with HR processes and systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with non-technical HR personnel.
- Innovative thinking with a focus on creating user-friendly and efficient HR solutions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced English & Vietnamese, both written and spoken
